There are 28 million small businesses in America, accounting for 54 percent of all U.S. sales, providing 55 percent of all jobs and 66 percent of all net new jobs since the 1970s. We’ve made it our mission to help these businesses succeed and grow.
The Revzi Story
Revzi was founded with the idea to help restaurants, retail, healthcare, dental, service, automotive, salons and other small businesses unlock valuable data from the payment networks and use that information to improve operational efficiency and drive sales.
In four years, Revzi has morphed from a home-based business into one of the country’s fastest-growing payment providers. Headquartered in Chicago, Revzi assists more than 1,500 clients make more informed decisions on over $1.5 billion in annual sales (and growing). We are expanding across the country with new offices now open in Denver and Orange County, and we plan to open 22 new branch offices to service and support even more local businesses within their communities.
Our Core Values

Under-promise and over-deliver: When it comes to our customers, we won’t guarantee their success, but we won’t stop until we’ve achieved it.

A Will to Win: We exhibit a strong will to win in the marketplace and in every aspect of our business.
Respect for People: We value our people, encourage their development and reward their performance.
Personal Accountability: We are personally accountable for delivering on our commitments.
Our Belief Statements: Each member of our team should be able to comfortably say the following statements:
- I believe that I would sell our products to my friends
- I believe that our products are undervalued
- I believe that if I don’t sell our products to my prospects, I’m hurting their business
Value: We sell on value over price.

Get to Know Our Leaders
From founding a payments startup at the age of 23 to a successful exit 9 years later, Paul has had the unique opportunity of working with thousands of small business owners. In 2014, he started Revzi with one goal in mind: Help local businesses succeed. Day-to-day, Paul oversees operations, brand development and strategy. He recently relocated to Newport Beach, California with his wife, daughter and pug, where he is launching the organization’s first West Coast office — while (potentially) learning how to surf.
With 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Brandt is the driving force behind Revzi's sales operation. His leadership abilities are exceeded only by his commitment to client support — he believes every customer should have his personal phone number for anything he or she may need. Brandt oversees new client acquisition and sales management in each market. Under his leadership, Revzi’s client base has grown by an average of 125 percent year over year. Nobody truly knows what time Brandt gets in each morning, because he is always first to arrive.
Coming from years of experience in hospitality and HR, Meghan was the first non-sales employee in Revzi’s early days, tasked with helping our small office run more efficiently. Today, the company couldn’t function without her. She wears many hats, but most importantly, her role involves making sure new clients are successfully on-boarded and existing clients are happy. (Side note: Coffee required).
A 10-year veteran of Chicago’s famed Boka Restaurant Group, Tony brings experience in management, operations and hospitality to Revzi. As one of Revzi’s most successful consultants, Tony was recently promoted to District Sales Manager of our Denver office where he is responsible for bringing our suite of services to every local business in the Mile-High City.
Danielle is the leader of sales at Revzi’s Chicago headquarters and there’s no surprise why – she carries over 10 years of restaurant experience and has worked with some of Revzi’s biggest restaurant group clients including Boka, One Off Hospitality, and Hogsalt Hospitality. One of the greatest rewards of her job is helping small businesses stay relevant in a data-driven market by providing them with Revzi's products that don't impact their bottom line. As a bonus, Danielle will show anyone who books a meeting with Revzi a magic trick she learned from Jeff Bridges.
Someone has to keep everything in check here at Revzi, and RJ is the person to do it. With experience of working with businesses of all sizes – from large corporations to startups, RJ is Revzi’s go-to for making smart financial decisions, developing policies and procedures, and making sure we’re on track to keep Revzi moving forward into the future.
From content, PR, digital marketing, to project management and operations, Vicki has touched all things marketing and branding related throughout her 8 years in the travel and hospitality industry. Being a jack of all trades throughout her career is definitely coming in handy here at Revzi, where she oversees the company's marketing, brand development, media, and making sure the snack cabinet is full in the Newport Beach office.
